NFA stands for Nikk Fitness Academy.

Payments

We offer a few ways to pay your fees:

  • One-time payment: Pay the full amount upfront and receive a discount.

  • NFA Installment Plan: We offer an installment facility for eligible services.

  • Third-Party Financing: Financing options are available through our third-party partners for eligible services.

NFA Management will set the fees for each payment option, and these may vary.

  • If you choose the NFA installment option, you must submit all post-dated cheques (PDCs) within 15 days of enrollment (if this service is offered). There's a bounced cheque fee of Rs. 600/- for EMI payments. Additionally, a late fee of 10% will be added to your outstanding balance each month if payment isn't received by the due date. For example, if your balance is Rs. 10,000/-, you'll be charged Rs. 11,000/- including the late fee.

  • If we don't receive your PDCs within a maximum of 10 days from your course start date, your classes will be put on hold.

  • Our installment option is available for select courses only, and additional fees will apply for this service.

  • A re-attendance fee of Rs. 3,000/- applies for 19 practical sessions across all three course options.

  • You must clear the remaining course balance within 30 days of the course start date. If not, you won't be allowed to attend lectures, practical sessions, or examinations until your payment is complete.

  • If the course fee isn't paid by the due date, students will be dropped from their classes.

  • Course manuals will only be issued once your payment has been successfully processed by the bank.

Enrollment & Course Changes

  • We limit the number of students per batch. If your preferred batch is full, you can pay a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to be placed on a waiting list for the next available batch. However, the remaining balance must be paid before the new batch begins.

  • If you decide to stop your course midway after making a payment and don't provide written notice of your termination, and then wish to resume after the course validity (1 year) expires, your previous admission will be considered canceled. You'll need to reapply as a new student and pay the current fees to restart the course.

  • In Any course you enrolled. If you leave or stop the course midway and don't appear for any exams within this one-year validity period, your admission will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. If you contact the institute after this one-year deadline to complete your pending course, you'll be charged the full course price again.

  • NFA reserves the right to change or modify course fees at its sole discretion.

Refund & Transfer Policy

  • Like most educational institutions, NFA has a "no refund policy" once you've enrolled in a course or program. This means if you withdraw, you will not receive a refund of your fees. Additionally, courses are non-transferable to other individuals.

  • If you decide not to continue with your enrolled batch but later wish to join a new batch for the same course, and the course fee has increased since your initial enrollment, you will need to pay the difference in fees, plus any batch change fees.

Course Validity & Re-attempts

  • Your enrollment is valid for one year from your acceptance date. If you haven't cleared the examination within this one-year validity period, you'll be charged the full course cost to continue. However, students who successfully clear the examination within one year are allowed to attend theory lectures for a lifetime.

  • All NFA course fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • All payments must be made at the front desk or through the dedicated payment link provided by NFA.

  • Your course fees include theory lectures, practical sessions, the cost of the manual, only one examination attempts, and your certificate.

  • We offer two options for installment (EMI) payments: Bank EMI (via credit & debit cards) and "EMI by NFA." While banks may charge a processing fee and interest for their EMI services, NFA does not add any charges for utilizing the Bank EMI option.

General & Management Disclaimer

The purpose of this admission form is to inform you about the terms and conditions of our courses, including details about the curriculum, duration, fees, and any specific requirements or expectations for students. It also outlines your rights and responsibilities as a participant.

Our all courses are offered in three different modes:

  • Offline (In-person)

  • Online (Virtual Live Classes)

  • Recorded Module

Attending Theory Lectures

  • Offline Mode: You'll attend lectures in person at our academy, interacting directly with the instructor and other students. Course materials will be provided in hard copy. This mode offers face-to-face interaction and hands-on learning.

  • Online Mode: You'll attend virtual classes via an online platform, engaging with the instructor and classmates through video conferencing and discussion forums. Hard copy course materials will be couriered to you.

  • Recorded Module: You'll receive recordings of current lectures via email each evening, along with hard copy course materials delivered by courier or available for pickup at the academy. This mode provides flexibility, allowing you to learn from anywhere, anytime, as long as you have internet access and a mobile device/laptop.

For any course format, you must confirm your preferred batch schedule and timetable during enrollment to ensure it fits your availability.

  • For online classes, it's mandatory to keep your camera on. This promotes an interactive and engaging learning environment, facilitates communication, helps the instructor gauge understanding, reduces distractions, and fosters accountability. If you have valid reasons (privacy, technical issues, distractions) for keeping your camera off, please discuss them with your instructor to explore alternative engagement methods. The decision to keep cameras on or off will ultimately align with individual comfort levels and NFA's policies.

  • Students in the recorded module will have access to lecture recordings until their enrolled batch officially concludes, after which access will be removed by NFA's IT department.

Attending Practical Training

  • NFA boasts a well-equipped functional training studio, thanks to our collaboration with Nikk fit world. This facility is used for practical training by both our students and Nikk Fit Studio members. Regardless of your course format (offline, online, or recorded), you will receive 19 live (face-to-face) practical sessions at the radhika palace Nikk Fit Studio branch. For online module students, NFA also provides live online practical training via Google Meet, which you'll practice at a gym near you.

Communication & Study Materials

  • NFA will create a WhatsApp group for each batch to share schedules, practical information, placement opportunities, and details about other courses and workshops. NFA will have full administrative control over these groups.

Online lectures are conducted on the Google Meet platform. Please ensure you have the Google Meet application installed on your laptop or mobile device. All students will receive hard copies of their study materials.
